Stefanie has a Bachelor of Management degree, with a concentration in Leadership & Organizations, and Entrepreneurship, from Dalhousie University. While attending school, Stefanie bought her first house at 19, designed, renovated, and rented the lower level, and discovered her passion for real estate investing and entrepreneurship. During her time at Dalhousie, she started Expanse Estates Inc., a company specializing in real estate investment, decorating consulting, small project renovations and furniture refinishing. In 2013, she partnered with an HGTV host to renovate a home, and currently owns income property which she has renovated & rents.
Stefanie is a passionate advocate for NS youth & spends a great deal of time volunteering as a Board Director, Mentor, Career Coach & Head Counselor with Catapult Leadership Society (catapultcamp.com). Stefanie founded a bursary for Catapult Female Youth entitled “Fear is a Liar\”, & co-founded 100 Entrepreneurs: PLANTING SEED$; to encourage NS youth to be fearless in the pursuit of their passions.
